Not many options in Mallacoota as not a tourist hot spot but great location and simplicity of good food on site. One of the best nature walks on paved areas around town with incredible wildlife sightings - even a lyrebird!!!!!

Cabin was really well presented and adequately equipped. The decor and overall quality was basic but everywhere was well maintained, clean and very spacious. Check in staff were super friendly and helpful, parking (for one car) was out the front door of the cabin. Location wise, it's just out of Mallacoota town, so 2-3 minute drive down the hill. Great value for money.

We got there late so weren't aware that we could have walked to the foreshore although would have been a little bit of a hike. Set up on the hill a bit. Believe we could have booked a room with views but ours just had a small internal courtyard which was well presented - we sat out there with our breakfast. David, the owner, very chatty and helpful,
