Lived near Maroochydore, was nice staying along the River so nice, great walking/riding path along the river. A 2- 5 minute walk to the local small shopping centre IGA, Seafood shop and The Bridge Hotel that had meals where we ate Twice during our stay. A popular coffee next door to our accommodation for breakfast and dinners. Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat there. Bus stop out the front of our accom on Bradman over for buses to Maroochydore Plaza a major shopping complex and food area. Or an easy 8 minute drive. Easy access to The Motorway to either Sunshine Coast Airport or up to Noosa or down to Mooloolaba, Kawana or Caloundra by the Motorway.

We haven’t visited the Coast as often as we see to but caught up with many places this last trip.
Maroochydore is much the same but more built up than used to be.
Made a trip to Sea Life and then we were going to have lunch at The Wharfe but were very disappointed in the Wharfe. Far too congested these days so we didn’t stay. We bought a delicious lunch along near the River and thoroughly enjoyed our time there .

Maroochydore is a bustling town.
Maroochydore is a bustling town. Beautiful river views and family friendly parks. We spent much of our time walking along the river and enjoying the views. There are many water sports to participate in. The Sunshine Plaza has an array of shops and eateries suitable for everyone.

We loved Maroochydore as it is more relaxed and not quite as touristy as Maloolaba. There are great shops and malls nearby and many cafés and restaurants within walking distance. There is an aquatic centre, bowling greens, sports clubs etc., all in easy distance. It is an easy drive to get to the motorway north or south and Noosa etc., is under an hours drive away. The marina/wharf and seafood restaurants are only a few minutes drive. Cotton Tree is a lovely little area with great cafés and shops and it's nice to have both the estuary and beach to choose from. There is a wonderful camping/holiday park right on the estuary in the heart of the village. The Alex Bluff Bar is great for live music, food and drinks and the Boat Shed riverside restaurant/bar is great for a relaxed afternoon meal by the river.

Cotton Tree is an excellent location for a short or long beach stay. No need to drive anywhere. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and other amenities in central street, which also has a Sunday market.
Water views and short drive to shopping centres(Big Top and Sunshine Plaza) and Maroochydore town centre.
Quiet and peaceful street. Underground carparking was provided but there was parking right in front of the building, so we parked there. The kitchen was well equipped. There was even salt, pepper and olive oil in the pantry.
Well equipped, modern and spacious apartment that felt like a home away from home. In a handy location to the beach, cafes and other shops. Although the view of the ocean is obscured there is still a bit of a water view and you are still close enough to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.
Everything required for an apartment stay was available for your disposal. Netflix available. Close to beach and town. A bustop was out in front of the premises. Secure underground carpark for some apartments like ours. Didn't get to use the bbq or pool but we're clean. The pool is a decent
Fabulous views, excellent staff, stylish comfortable and spacious apartments at an excellent price, quiet location, walking distance to beach, a little supermarket and restaurant options, mobility issue friendly. Love that this is set back from main road
The location was excellent in terms of both Cotton Tree and access to Maroochydore, Mooloolabah and even further away. The #600 stops right outside the apartments and gives you access to everything from Maroochydore all the way down to Caloundra.
Location was fantastic, across the road from the beach and lots of shops / cafes within walking distance. Pool was great when it was too hot to sit on the beach. Apartment was a little dated but was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
For the price of this accommodation, I didn't expect too much. However the apartment was absolutely amazing! It was a beautiful apartment, felt so comfortable and clean. Will definitely be staying here again on our return to Maroochydore.
THE VIEWS THE VIEWS THE VIEWS
All the activity at Maroochydore SLSC - seeing all the training
So close to Cotton Tree shops and within walking distance to Sunshine Plaza
Surf at Maroochydore Beach was lovely - swam every day
Waves is an exceptional place. Staff are always friendly and the accommodation is superb. We've been multiple times and stayed in different apartments, each equally fantastic. You can't beat the view!
Amazing spacious place that is great for families with kids both young and old. Great location so easy to hang out on the beach then come home for lunch. Easy access to footpaths for morning exercise.
Loved the location so close to cotton tree shops and the beach and bay right there, our view from the balcony was beautiful. The main bedroom had the biggest wardrobe I have seen in a apartment
great view, beach across the road, good aircon, nice spa and sauna, price is really good for what you get.
I dont know what else to write but its a good hotel.
Great location, great lay out of apartment and facilities within. This is our second visit here in 11 months and both times our apartments were wonderful.
