This hotel is such a good value for money.Modern and well maintained facilities.Reasonably sized rooms and very clean.Staff were all happy and helpful.Toiletries were provided though there was no toothbrush but we asked housekeeping and they kindly provided!Breakfast was acceptable.

Everything, room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Getting to Epping was very easy for us, when we went out we were offered the complimentary lift to the train station, which was very good for us.
