Check in was difficult, had to pay in advance, but security deposit wasn’t taken till the day of arrival at which point I received a code and details how to access the property. It seemed a very convoluted process , I got on my flight without having received the information I required and had to trust that I would have it by the time I landed. Overall the property was good.

Great location, next to train station. Bar and restaurant is lovely, convenient bottle shop too. Staff friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are really lovely, high ceilings and loving decor. We really loved the hotel.
