Close to the airport for an overnight stay and not far from the Swan Valley for visitors, close to shopping, we didn't find any good take away food close to the hotel - we were looking for Chinese. The room was comfy but the area is tatty.

I stayed there basically because they had a pet friendly room and i was picking up my partner from the airport which wasnt far away. We ate in the apartment where we cooked our own meals. Parking was $90 and i thought that was a little expensive as there were a few free parking spots for the quest but once you start paying for it you are stuck in that zone. how would they know if you got the free spot or not. I would also ask them to become a non smoking apartment building as i did not like the fact the balcony above were ashing and throwing butts into my ground area.

Very close to the wineries etc in the Swan Valley, Guildford cafe strip and antique or yesteryear shops. Also great to have breakfast there on a Sunday with great coffee. Plenty of different cuisine eateries. Quest is within walking distance of train and bus station, but you still need a car to explore further afield.

Good to see Midland getting a well deserved face lift for it's historical building and interesting older style shops. Good range of food available and happily improved ambiance on the street and quieter than expected after midnight.
