Really enjoyed my stay here. King room was very spacious, clean, great shower (although it didn't stay hot for long. It never went cold, just warm!), good heating, comfortable bed, great pillows (choice of hard and soft). Communal kitchen is great and was always clean. I didn't want to be right in the city centre. This hotel is a short walk away and is quieter and a lovely area to walk around. Parklands are not far away. Lounge area on ground floor was a lovely space. I can't comment on breakfast as I didn't use the one they offered. There are other lovely cafes around such as Coffee and Croissant on Hutt Street.
