New Lambton is very much a place that is handy to most of Newcastle and still has all the facilities. It is only 5 minutes from Kotara for all your wants and needs. It has a great little local supermarket which supports the community charities. For someone travelling through it is just the right vibe.

The apartment is spacious, quiet, with easy parking and comfortable a/c. The check-in process is uncomfortable with the need to supply photos of back and front licences and credit cards. The stairs are pretty steep, and I didn't see a tv upstairs. Overall, there are plenty of better places to stay.

It was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable and warm.
It was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable and warm. There was an oil heater. If you put it on early it takes the chill off the room if a cold night is predicted. There was no wardrobe but a simply rack for hanging things and place your luggage below. I used a very small table as a bedside table, before I left I put it back where I found it. The bathrooms are seperate male and female shared. Well kept, clean and tidy.

There' s not much to see in New Lambton its only close to the sports stadium . Not to impressed with the Hotel Stay, among some of the issues we had with the room lighting and fan control connectivity ,there was a constant leak from the ceiling.Kept awake all night. The room was booked at the booking .com price of $85.50 but we were charged $94.99 when we checked in. ruined our stay in New Lambton
