Everything! Staff throughout the entire hotel were friendly, helpful and attentive. Check in was quick, smooth and everything explained and concierge was super helpful. The rooms were a good size and the view of the river was beautiful - especially at night time when everything was lit up. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to have 4 adults in the room. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower, amenities were plentiful and overall everything was very clean and tidy. Rooms were made up daily and tea, coffee, milk restocked.
Breakfast was a nice way to start the day with a good choice of hot food, pastries, breads, meats and cheeses, pancakes and waffles, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee and juices.
Tram right out the front door was excellent, however you are in walking distance to everything if you like to get out walking. DFO, Crown and eateries are a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Access to and from the location at any time of day or night felt safe.
