Room was clean and bright and tidy and we couldnt hear the neighbouring rooms at all, parking was great, hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and a short drive to both shopping centres and the peir area.

The property is lovely, 3 bedrooms upstairs near the kitchen and dining room. Breakfast options were great with so many different jam selections and a really beautiful display. Check-out is 11am which is very generous and you feel very safe in the secure fencing. Complimentary tea & coffee 24/7 was amazing, our TV in our room made our stay so great as we were just looking to relax in the B&B all day. Complimentary Netflix as well as a fridge stocked with beer and wine for purchase at a very reasonable price.

What was there NOT to like! Sarah has gone over and above on details in this tiny house! My husband and I agreed it was so well supplied and well thought out. Almost everything you need, Sarah has thought of! Little Sunshine was a ray of sunlight in a quiet country side setting and only about a 15 min drive to the Hervey Bay esplanade with its beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend Little Sunshine tiny home.

Excellent location across the road from the beach and within walking distance if restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The unit was very comfortable and clean, nicely decorated with a really well equipped kitchen. We didn't use the pool but the pool and BBQ area looked nice and grounds were well maintained. There us no formal check-in but instructions for access were simple.
