Reception personnel, Naomi & Leesa were very friendly and helpful, as it was my first visit to Melbourne, and stay at Club Laverton, I had a few calls. Loved the shower, as the water pressure and heat from the shower head melt away your pain. I was also impressed with the cleaning staff being attentive and friendly. Eating at the Bristo was delightful as were the attendees, meals, well sized and affordable. Thank you to all for helping to make my first stay in Melbourne memorable.
