Breakfast staff amazing.
Breakfast staff amazing. Wrong room despite a request and then moved after 2 nd night. Refused late check out despite only 40% occupancy and being entitled as diamond members to a 12 md check out and having stayed there for 3 weeks.. Told we would be charged for extra blankets when heating was not working in children room.

The accommodation was fantastic - the room was big and the full kitchen facilities were terrific. The view out onto the golf course was lovely and the wallabies everywhere were great to see. The only two things that I would improve would be for Accor to not charge for Wi-Fi and also signage around the accommodation buildings and the roads should be better.
