The place was very clean (it looked so clean , around the taps were clean and the grout and silicone was all spotless, the bedding was beautifully clean and I didn’t see any dust it was very impressed and I am fussy). The staff were wonderful. the piece (226$) for one night was quite good. The views were very pretty.

A nice little place for a short getaway. Clean & nice size room. Staff very responsive & friendly. Considering it’s above a hotel which had music playing both nights the room is very quiet & we couldn’t hear anything. Great food from the bistro. Great location.

It was cheap and available last minute. Location was close enough to where we were heading. Awkward boom gate to get in and out

Because I grew up in lake Macquarie, I have a fondness for the close proximity of lake, bush and beach. Nothing else comes close to this amount of peace and quiet, its not too touristy, but just busy enough to have a lot of choice regarding food, accommodation and lovely views of the lake!!

We had a nice stop of one night on our way to Sydney driven from Brisbane. It has a great location with near by Coles and Cafe with the beach view. The room is good size for the family of four and it is clean and tidy. We would come back in the future.
However, the smoking smell from outside was a bit annoying even our door and windows were all closed but still the smoking smell would come inside the room.

Toronto is boring, nothing there but the lake, shops are always closing early and there is no night life very little to do especially in winter , summer may be a little better, but not many restaurants either and they pack up quickly, we found we left or went to other locations to eat.

Toronto is a good comprised place when you cannot get your holiday properties in Swansea. Don't forget to visit Long Jetty Foreshore Reserve, Catherine Hill Bay sunrise morning walk and visit Cave Beach for your sunset photos shots (MUST do this safely during low tide)

Not a tourist trap- just like visiting a suburb that has scenic outlook , clean and reasonable level of facilities and visitor can find their own amusement from simple things
We missed seeing the cafe on the shore near the swimming pool
Can’t comment on the food but the location looked awesome for breakfast
After being trapped in the North Coast floods we were looking for a peaceful, comfortable, fresh place for a couple of nights. Catalina met all our needs. a lovely peaceful spot, beautiful clean room, good kitchenette, comfortable bed, laundry on site. Peter was caring and helpful when we had to reschedule, and getting an extra night was no problem. Great places for food nearby. Nice lakeside walks at Toronto and Warner’s Bay. We had a great break.
Hadnt been here in 10years. Staff were exceptional!! Gayle at reception was very accommodating. Car had broken down, she held a room for us, made sure we had access to facilities and even offered to call our hotel to arrange a refund and reschedule. Service like this is unheard of!! we will definitely be back 10/10.
Great location, restaurants, supermarkets, lake accross the road, and not to forget the best noodle bar (noodle paradise) not far.
The location is excellent, right on the water of Lake Macquarie, and easy walking distance to a number of cafes, restaurants, the Toronto Hotel, and supermarkets.
My room was comfortable, with a nice little balcony. The bathroom was clean and well presented.
I was working at Eraring, so the location was perfect to travel to and from site, and the onsite parking is good.
The property is in an excellent location opposite the lake and within a few hundred metres of the main shopping strip. This allows easy walking access to everything this town has to offer. The studio rooms are a standard hotel room that is clean and very comfortable.
Mel was at Reception when we arrived. Very cheery and helpful and check-in was quick and seamless. We liked that parking was plentiful and secure. The location was wonderful. We could walk to dinner and ice-cream and walk to the water. Toronto has lovely water views.
The locations walking distance to everything you need. The meals in the hotel are expand value for money. The staff are always ready to help you with anything and they make sure you are comfortable and happy. Will definitely stay again.
The apartment was very spacious, perfect for two people. The bed was the best ever 'hotel'/B&B bed we've ever slept in. So comfy! The locations was perfect mostly because if was very near where we needed to be.
We were in one of the recently refurbished rooms, it was lovely, the bed was comfy , the bathroom was great with a massive shower head. Close to all our requirements when visiting Toronto.
The room was neat, modern and refurbished. The location was excellent being close to the lake and the town centre. The hotel was very close for meals. parking was free and plentiful.
