We booked both the upstairs main house and the downstairs 'apartment' so can't tell which review is for which booking.
Main house: fantastic house for catching up with friends, great set up for foodies as it had a great oven, cooktop and bbq.
Downstairs apartment: Had direct access to the backyard of main house without having to leave the undercover areas or head out onto the street so it was easy to hang out in the main house or outside areas as a group all staying together.

The location is great if you like the beach, which is about 30 steps away from the deck. Walk over a beautiful grassed area and into the water. The main bedroom upstairs is HUGE, with a deck to walk out to. The upstairs bathroom is shared with the 4 upstairs bedrooms, and the ensuite is with the downstairs bedroom. With 2 King beds, 2 Queen, and 4 singles there is plenty of room for a couple of families to holiday together.
I can't really fault this home, really enjoyed our stay.
