Extraordinarily friendly family-owned hotel. We stayed as a single pass-by night and had all sorts of excellent attentions. The Restaurant is wonderful: honest kitchen with a sophisticated touch and a short but enjoyable beer and wine list. What a beautiful old building full of character! It is in a perfect location, with views straight on to the river and castle. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and very helpful. There is secure parking in an underground car park with a lift direct to all floors. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and with lovely views. The well appointed bathroom included a bath. The bar and dining room are stylishly decorated and with gorgeous large flower arrangements - it all creates a very luxurious environment. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of fresh items.

Excellent place to stay, has everything you need whether your staying just 1 night or 20+ nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine and was all well kept. Very good location wise not far off the highway too. Free parking was also nice and easy. The owners were both lovely, making sure we were good and comfortable throughout our stay and that we got into our room fine even though we arrived late at night. Will certainly be back again one day as we both enjoyed it very much.
