The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too!
Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

Great out of city location with easy access to the centre close by, via tram, e-scooter and the Metro. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast and great value for money. Lovely to have access to the outside seated area at the back and front of the hotel, door straight out of our room.

We went for a shooting competition so the town didn’t really impact on our stay, we went to Waterloo and saw the atomium in Brussels. Went into wavre Saturday night they had sing and dancing in the streets, the restaurant had a live singer although a bit loud it was quite entertaining.

Great pubs, decent restaurants, excellent range and varietyof shops, relaxing walks in the surrounding woodlands and forests. Lots of wildlife - red squirrels, deer, rabbits and many species of wild birds. It is a friendly, safe and sleepy neighbourhood just a stone's throw from Brussels
the staff was very friendly and helpfull. althought the hotel is a bit outdated it had all the basic amenities a hotel needs and the friendliness of staff made up for it. the room and beds were cozy, with a big bathroom with bathtub. recomended for someone who values personal approach over modern design rooms and who would like to experience belgian friendliness and hospitality.
The house is absolutely stunning and the both hosts are super nice and welcoming. The property is very well located and super super cozy. Only regret was staying only one night. The house has a beautiful garden which is very welcoming for a coffee in the morning. The location is super quiet and very close to the main road which makes it easier to go in and out Brussels.
I had an amazing stay at the Green Hill guest house! Eric and Pascal were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly accommodating, and I even made two new friends during my time there. The room was quiet, clean, and exceptionally comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommended!
it’s a beautiful place. Staff is excellent. they go out of there way to help. Johann is a gem. It’s a tennis academy plus hotel. We were lucky to watch the tennis tournament taking place. It was like one big family. Restaurant is excellent. Food is exceptional & really affordable. One day we’ll come again. Thank you for superb hospitality 🙏

We were made so welcome on arrival and our dog too! We ate an excellent evening meal and the breakfast was also very good. We were only stopping over for the night after crossing the Channel and this was a good choice. The hotel is surrounded by woodland, which we liked.
Large size room, very comfortable bed with high quality bedding, in-room fridge with complimentary soda and water, in-room complimentary tea & coffee. Free parking on private driveway. Quiet neighborhood outside of Brussels but easy access to. Very kind hosts.
Room is nice and clean. Bed / mattress is very comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely Amazing 10/10. Also the restaurant is really good. Parking is free and convenient. Reception is friendly and helpful. I can advice the hotel and I will surely go back.

The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and honest. I can not thank them enough for everything during my visit. The food was really nice and had a great selection of drinks also. Would definitely return to this hotel.
Wonderful place, in a nice village. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The owners are very friendly and helpful. As a single girl traveling with my dogs I felt comfortable and enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this hotel !!
The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean with a lot of charm. The main living room has a stunning view and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. A great find, very close to Brussels! We’ll be going again!
