The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too!
Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

Great out of city location with easy access to the centre close by, via tram, e-scooter and the Metro. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast and great value for money. Lovely to have access to the outside seated area at the back and front of the hotel, door straight out of our room.

We went for a shooting competition so the town didn’t really impact on our stay, we went to Waterloo and saw the atomium in Brussels. Great pubs, decent restaurants, excellent range and varietyof shops, relaxing walks in the surrounding woodlands and forests. Lots of wildlife - red squirrels, deer, rabbits and many species of wild birds. It is a friendly, safe and sleepy neighbourhood just a stone's throw from Brussels
