Daniel and Heidy communication in advance of the trip and during our late night arrival was exceptional, Daniel arranged the keys for us to be collected and left clear instructions and notes. This was exceptional. Furthermore, the property is exceptionally clean, very well arranged (design wise) and decorated with comfy feel and a massive modern bathroom. Daniel and Heidy were extremely accommodating during the breakfast by providing gluten free options, although we forgot to book it in advance. Last but not least breakfast had typical choice, delicious and fresh.

Location is good: very close to station and or car park. Walking to the city center takes about 20 minutes. Very tidy and clean hotel. A bit cold if you would book it for a romantic getaway (I would choose something more boutique style) but perfect for our stag do.

Locatiion would be hard to beat. Close to the main square but in a quiet side road. Have visited Bruges on quite a few occations and this now will be our hotel of choice. Parking on site was good but needs to be reserved.
