Zutendaal is a good place to stay if you like nature and tranquillity. You will be happy there if you want to hike as a pedestrian or with the bike. There are several routes, cards are available at different places of the National Park.

This is a family run hotel that has recently been put in the capable hands of one of the children. The new owner has great ideas but is sensible enough to keep the old fashioned values that have built up over the years. Alterations are being made to upgrade the facilities slowly but surely. I would recommend this hotel especially to cyclists or walkers in the area.

I liked the way it was decorated, the beds were comfortable, the rooms--quiet, and the staff friendly and amazingly helpful. The brasserie at the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, as the food was delicious and beautifully presented.

It is a great place for bike rides and the two days we spent in the house were definitely too short... Besides the contact to the host was really pleasant and we faced absolutely no organisational difficulties.
