Very helpful and professional staff. They have a great understanding of what service means. The managress was very client oriented and was always suggesting providing help to make the guests feel at home. Breakfast and lunch were awesome, and I got to taste Bulgaria wine and Rakia. Spectacular service from the tall receptionist lady with directions and tips of places to visit and how to commute to the destination. Will definitely be an ambassador to this hotel

The wide selection of wildlife inside my room. I've got videos of the three cockroaches I found in my room. I've left the dead bodies in places a decent cleaner would find ( so they're probably still there now). After checking the bed & bedding, I pulled the duvet out & slept inside the duvet case like I was camping in a bivouac, which reminded me of being a kid. As I've never expirienced cockroaches in a hotel before, it gave me a chance to reasech them, and learn a little about them, which was cool I guess?
