The location is great, very central in Tryavna, easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, tourist areas, train station, supermarket. We booked last minute, at around 7pm in the evening, and the hotel contacted us promptly to make sure we knew how to get there, how to check in and where to park. The management and staff are friendly and helpful. It was a cold night in early February and the room was cold at first because we had booked late - but warmed up pretty quickly with the aircon. The attached private bathroom was also very clean. The wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable but would have been nicer with some extra bedding/blankets in winter as it felt too minimal. On the corridor you can find some shared facilities, like an ironing board and iron, and a small shared kitchen with toaster, kettle, sink, cups, glasses utensils etc.
Pro:Breakfast diversity,beutiful landscapes,confort,good SPA,warm water swimming pool. Very good personal especialy Marieta in the restaurant who was very kind and professional!
Contra:Too many children in adult pool despite they have separat little pooll!Jacuzzi for a fee,weak internet!
