Such a pleasant surprise, this house! The loveliest senior lady - Grandma Emy takes amazing care of the place, keeps it pretty, tidy & clean. Its location was also exactly what we needed - incredibly close to the town center & the equestrian base... not to mention the town view from our room!

Charming small town in the heart of the Rodopi mountain. Great place for short or long holiday. Child friendly eco path Struilica. I don’t recommend the waterfall for small children unless you want to carry them on your back 20 min up the hill and same down. We made that mistake and the parents and the children had to skip the beauty of the remaining path which they could have easily walked. Nice swimming pool with hot mineral water at the beginning of the eco path. We ate at Royal restaurant- the prices were good and food was tasty. First of all, Devin has a unique culinary scenery.
First of all, Devin has a unique culinary scenery. Second, it's a perfect starting point for nature experiences - there are caves nearby including Devil's Throat Cave, in which is the highest subterranean waterfall on the Balkans and Yagodinska cave, which is 10 km long and is a home to 11 species of bats. Nearby is the Trigrad Gorge, which is a canyon with vertical marble rocks up to 400 m high. Pamporo ski resort is also not far away. The town is also a home to many mineral water springs, and a few km away there is a natural carbonated water spring.

GO to the Rodopa Mountain and you’ll fall in love with it! Devin is a perfect place (location-wise) to stay as a hub to visit all the places worth seeing. For a four-five day stay you can do short trips to almost all places on your “to do” list.

There is a spacious kitchen with a stove, fridge and a kettle, lots of kitchenware, places to make grill and a big common dining area. I also had a small fridge in my room. Everything is clean and neat. The look from the balcony was gorgeous, you can enjoy all the night sky and stars. The window has mosquito net. The property is extremely clean. The staff, middle age lady that also speaks Spanish was so nice, polite and helpful. we had a wonderful dinner, Bulgarian cuisine and my daughter have a great vegetarian meal.
