We wanted to go to Vitosha hill. The cablecar is approx. 1 km from this Hotel. I have asked about how the cablecar works, etc. Lady called to some phone number where she checked the situation, but unfortunately the cablecar is not operating due to some moderinzation. But she found us a public transport - bus, how to go to Vitosha, She shown to us which line to use, where is the bus stop, where we can change the bus to another line and travel up to the hill. Also where to buy tickets for a bus. Additionaly to that, they prepared breakfast both days, so this was nice, of course we paid for that.

-Staff was very helpful. The capsule coffee machine in the room didn't work. The staff offered help but also they couldn't make it work. Then they offered us a cup of coffee in the lobby, free of charge.
-Room was big and clean. Also the decoration and lumination was excellent.
-There was a 1.5 liters water in the room.
-There was hotel slippers in the room.
-Excellent quality of the goods they used for the breakfast.
-The view in the room made us feel we were in the heaven.(we stayed in a room with a balcony)

Stay 2 times.. Waitress very kind. That’s it. Food in previous year was great but now awful , menu also not so good now compare with previous year. But it’s cheap hotel.

Wonderful experience. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms was superclean and spacious. I personally liked the big windows in the room that allowed the fresh air and enough sunlight inside. Parking place is just in front of the main gate. The villa is surrounded by beautiful garden. The owner of the villa was very cordial and a great host. He even helped us with microwaving our food from his private kitchen without any additional cost and also provided hot water for tea upon request. Location of the villa is very convenient. Grocery store billa and ATM is just around the corner. All in all we had a great experience. I would definitely stay here once more and probably for more days whenever I visit Sofia again.

The apartment is big, lightful and has everything you need to make the most of your staying. The neighbourhood is just lovely, at the foot of Vitosha mountain, with a supermarket nearby, a couple of very good restaurants, bakeries and cafes. The owner, Andro is so friendly and always eager to help. If I ever come back to Sofia I will def stay at Andro's.
