I recently stayed at Sofitel and had an exceptional experience. The staff was extremely polite and respectful, especially Miss Simran at the restaurant, who was incredibly nice, well-behaved, and caring. Still remember her pleasant attitude with my family.
The facilities were awesome, with a fantastic pool and a dedicated kids' water play area. The balcony was amazing, offering the best view of the sea and pool. The hotel building and ambiance were lovely, and the lady playing the piano in the evening was so professional, making the evenings truly memorable.
The breakfast could use a slight improvement in terms of variety in the main course, but everything else was perfect. The rooms were wide and comfortable, and the valet parking was very convenient. Overall, the environment was so relaxing, making it the best place for a family holiday. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the water park was a great bonus. Sitting at beach in late hours are exceptional and calmly.
I highly recommend sofitel for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing family vacation.

Narimane upgraded me to a suite as it was my first time staying at the property - how thoughtful. Narimane also accommodated my late check out request as I was unsure of my travel plans for the next.

Check out time very early when I arrived in late time at 4 in the morning to do check in the employee give me a specific time to check out at 4 or 3 pm clock put when the employee shaft the duty the other calls from morning while my time to reast he says you need to get out at 12 pm

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated directly inside the souk area, very close to the Bab al Bahrajn. That means a lot of opportunities to get some food or at least coffee/tea or a fresh fruit juice. Didn't consider it difficult to find using usual navigation apps. The breakfast offer was quite good.
