    Icarai became one of the finest beaches in this region of...

    Icarai became one of the finest beaches in this region of Brazil. It provides some solid "beach tourism": warm weather with exceptionally calm ocean, and several amenities nearby, such as restaurants, travel agencies and hotels. You can either go there for long walks, some fresh fish and good drinks, or photographing: the eolic park over the dunes provides a somewhat futuristc but also bucolic landscape; there are also some astonishing birds, albeit this kind of tourism hasn´t flourished yet. Icarai also became a major point for "sports tourism": kitesurf, windsurf, foil and so on, all with several teachers and spots where you can rent or fix equipment. In a few words, perfects for families with kids, couples and adventurers of all sorts.

    Icarai de Amontada is still a village with local people, but...

    Icarai de Amontada is still a village with local people, but with a great restaurant infrastructure. The beach is beautiful, with a great sea for swimming. I also recommend the Aracatiaçu River boat trip. In simple riverside restaurants, you eat delicious and reasonably priced seafood.
