Our experience was more then perfect! We arrived after a long hike and were pretty exhausted. Our host Fabio gave us a free room upgrade (because of low season), the room had an incredible view over the mountains!
Fabio speaks perfectly English and was there for us the whole time. He also helpt us ordering dinner and got it served at the hotel.
The breakfast was overwhelming! We coudn't have asked for more, they had everything we wanted and more, also with the beautiful view over the mountains.
The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is amazing. Perfect experience all over!

Perfect place if you are visiting Chapada! Close to beautiful waterfalls! The Castalar itself is amazing, nicely decorated, the swimming pool is huge! We also experienced the full moon temazcal and massage from Julia was absolutely the best- you must try ! Very beautiful breakfast and super quiet place for sleeping. I would definately go there again, this place is filled with positive energy and immersed in nature!
