Having our short Time vacation was such a wonderful time: the rooms are large and well decorated , the pool area is a beauty , very peaceful having the sound of nature. Breakfast was delicious, combining tipical Brazilian cafe da manhã (Maria treated us warmly). The staff are super nice and were helpful. Thank you guys! Truly recomended!

I spent 8 wonderful days at Mayim Villa in February. Everything about my stay was perfect. The entire hotel is spotless and so pretty! My room was lovely and thoughtfully equipped. The food is great, with lots to choose for breakfast and good options for other meals. The beach is gorgeous! Seriously. Gorgeous. I was traveling alone and the people who work there took great care of me. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. They went out of their way again and again to make sure I had everything I needed. Tiago and Carla manage the hotel and do a superb job. If you have the opportunity to stay at Mayim Villa don't hesitate. It is a very special place. I hope to get back someday soon.

We had an amazing experience! We visited during low season in June, and had kilometers of empty beaches to enjoy by our selves. The Pousada was very beautiful & right at the beach. You could choose where you wanted to eat your breakfast: at the beach, in your room or at the restaurant close to the beach. We chose the beach every morning and truly enjoyed it! The food was very tasty during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location is very remote, and especially during the low season, there were only very few restaurants to choose from. For us, that was not a problem at all, we mainly stayed and ate at the Pousada. Prices very ok. The staff was very kind & helpful! Would definitely recommend if you enjoy a peaceful & beautiful location - loved it!

Everything about the pousada was amazing. We had previously stayed with La em Casa when they had a different pousada - bamboo dourada - in taipu da fora, so I was expecting everything to be great, but yet again they exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the garden was immaculate, the pool area was clean and extremely comfortable. Staff are friendly, polite, attentive, and incredibly professional. We were made to feel very welcome, and would return without hesitation. No review of La em Casa would be complete without mentioning the food - especially the breakfast, which is second to none. Be prepared for a feast of the senses, from fresh fruit, juices, bread, and pão de queijo, to lovingly prepared eggs - however you like them - and a selection of coffees and even cakes. Our evening meal there was equally delicious. There was even a shaded spot to park the car. To top it all off, they even accepted our dog, and made him feel at home as well. If we could give a higher rating, we would. It seems to be a real labour of love for Elena and Fernando, and the attention to detail is simply incredible.
