This is truly an excellent choice for a stay in Santos. The apartment is very clean and well furnished, with a lateral view to the Sea from the large terrace. Is a situated in a building where many apartments are rented out to tourists. The reception at ground level is where you receive your key to the apartment. They are well used to foreign tourists and speak very good English. After booking the apartment, it is very easy to communicate with the owner using WhatsApp and auto-translate. People with a car are provided with secure parking in the garage in the same building. All in all, this was one of our best stays in Brazil and we recommend this apartment without hesitation.

This is not a beach that represents Brazil’s beautiful beaches at all. It’s dirty (I’m taking condoms and used tampons on the sand instead along with seashells), it can be smelly at time, and it’s overly noisy even late at night. I’d never come back. If you want to see São Paulo’s beaches, visit the beaches towards Ubatuba instead.

Overall people is really nice, very helpful with tourist, the beach have a promenade garden all around the whole beach which is really nice. Starting from the road across the beach there are all types of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. just keep in mind that everything close around 9pm so make sure you buy everything you need before that however there is always the option to get a delivery from mobile apps like iFood, etc.
we really like the city, actually thinking in spending the 3 months of Brazil summer there.

I was born and raised in Santos but I don't feel this is my homeland anymore. Nowadays I just come to Santos as a tourist, what gives me the possibility to see the city from another perspective.
Santos is the most important coast town of Sao Paulo State, not just because of its port, which is the most important in south america, but also the city provides good infrastructure and services.
If you come as a tourist I not recommend long stays. Four or five days is more than sufficient to explore the city and its beauties.

City with lots of beautiful sightseeing and historical sites. Should have more investment from authorities to preserve an important part of brazilian history. I enjoy the shuttle old train through old town, immigrants histories, Pele museum and to be so close to big ships!
Very nice high class apartment, includes free parking in the parking garage of the building. Easy walking distance to the beach promenade and good restaurants in the Gonzaga area. Professional check-in at the ground floor reception of the apart-hotel building, they are quick and helpful and used to tourists. If you don't speak Portuguese, communicate with the owner of the apartment via WhatsApp, using Google Translate, it's no problem. I absolutely recommend this apartment, a very good choice for a stay in Santos.
This is probably one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had so far. not only the localisation was optimal but everything inside the apartment was ergonomic. in this apartment situated in a hotel building, every detail is though out to make your stay the most comfortable possible. the equipments are modern, the little attentions make you feel at home. breakfast is really good as well! plus you can enjoy a fitness area, swimming pool, little mini market inside.
This by far is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in even if it was simple. Perfect location! As soon as we entered the room we were met by a fresh clean smell. Everything is upgraded and well cleaned. The water is gas and very hot, the beds were comfortable, and I didn’t notice any noise. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great. I was very satisfied with the price and will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends. :)
I already stayed at this property, several years ago, however, it was another carrier brand the ran the hotel. My wife and me were very disappointed to have our privacy broken by a worker from the hotel showing at our room window very early in the morning . nobody said noting about when we checked in. besides for two days our room was not clean, even we called front desk several times asking for .
We've stayed here three times before, and although we like the location and the overall amenities (pool, bar, restaurant), the quality of service has diminished with each visit to the point that we will likely seek other accommodations the next time we come to Santos.
Room size was awesome, we could take a look at the every cuise ships that leaving the bay, the beds size was also perfect. The hotel is near a big shopping mall, It is a rather away to go walking, but it is less than 5 minutes by car.
The hotel was in a decent location. For the most part, it was fairly clean and organized. The staff was friendly and the valet was fast. The air conditioning in the room worked great, and the beds were comfortable.
A bit old room/hotel but clean and functional.
The breakfast was rich in fresh local fruit and with variable food.
They speak English what is not very common in this part of the world.
Hello there....I was not in the hotel in Brazilië, I did the wrong booking, Iand I did not say anything, was in Santiago de compostella Spain.....next time maybe......
The hotel is new and exceeded my expectations for the city. I’ve been to this city a few times and stayed in other hotels, this was what I was looking for.
