1. Bugs in the basement room: One downside we encountered was the presence of bugs, particularly on the basement floor and walls. This was a bit unsettling and affected the overall comfort of that particular room.
2. Lack of adequate cooling in the living room: The living room had large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light, but during the day, it became uncomfortably hot. The air-conditioning system struggled to cool the room adequately, which was a bit disappointing.
Despite the cons mentioned, the Blue Mountain Chalet offered several appealing features. Its spacious living room, extensive amenities, ample bedrooms, and convenient location near Blue Mountain attractions made it an enjoyable stay. While improvements could be made in terms of bug control and cooling in the living room, overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

Nice place but not groomed well.
Nice place but not groomed well. Only 2 green runs (there is a third but it was not quite narrow and technical) so not the greatest place for someone who is a novice or who prefers leisurely skiing. This was my second time and left feeling the same way. Not sure I would return for the skiing.

Convenient location, the bus shuttle worked even on his day off. The staff at the hotel were perfectly friendly and helpful. Only one thing: the sauna and changing room in swimming pool were not working.

Blue Mountain village is so beautiful you feel like you are walking in a hallmark movie. Despite the cold winter wind and snow hitting you in your face you will be memorized by the picturesque of the village.

The property that we stayed at was the GRAND GEORGIAN,
I was not at all impressed we had a suite with one bedroom and kitchen.
The suite was quite dirty -the carpets were so old and worn and the placed smelled like a sewer. I cannot believe how old this place is and the allergies that me and my family experienced was not good.
Also no pool at these facilities nothing for the kids to do the whole time we were there.
Will not book here again. Felt very gross in this room not up to par at all.

Loved the snowboard facilities, winter village and amenities. They need to provide more parkong space for tourists. I highly recommend renting your ski & snowboard gear at Mountainside Sports at affordable rates and the staff are phenomenal (address: 774 Mountain Rd, The Blie Mountains, ON L9Y 5G1, Link: www.skirentalsbluemountaon.com).
First and foremost, cleanliness!! it was SO clean, the room was very spacious and for its location, just wonderful!
The balcony at Blue Seasons had a gorgeous sight, not as much as the Grand Georgian, but I could see the hills and a nice view of the pool and everything else. All resort hotels had a lovely, cozy-looking architecture; taken right out of a storybook!
To top it off, all of the staff were respectful and friendly, all over the resort. They took pride in their job and ensured that my boyfriend and I had the most pleasant stay.
It was a nice, clean, cozy spot to stay in. The resort area had a BBQ, pool, and tennis court which was nice to use on our vacation. The place came with some activities and equipment we could use (like tennis rackets and tennis balls, among other things). Very close to Blue Mountain village. I would say it was a comfortable place to stay for 3-4 adults, or a small family, since the kitchen and dining area can get a little tight.
Luxury acommodation with everything that you need to feel yourself at home: very comfortable beds, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, bar. Very close to different attraction: Collingwood, Blue Mountains village, Scandinavian Spa, Scenic Cave, multiple beaches, waterfalls, spectacular scenery. The same time very private and quiet location. Laura is amazing host. We definitely would like to comeback soon.
On the positive side, the room was good and spacious and it's setting surrounded by the golf course was very nice. TV channels and very fast WiFi was well received by all, must be said.
The kids enjoyed the pool facilities and parking is provided free of charge. Located just 5 minutes walk from the main area of Blue Mountains Village it was very convenient.
This Is Our First Time Staying At This Hotel . We Have Stayed At Others In The Village . And We Were Really Happy With Our Stay !! The Rooms Were Clean Upon Arrival & It Was Perfect For Our Family . Close To Everything , Just By Walking A Few Steps Out Of The Hotel .We Also Had A Nice Pool View & Mountains . Would Highly Recommend 😉
Fantastic staff! We only stayed one night and were flying home very late the next day. Despite being busy, they managed to find us a complimentary room to use until 7pm the following day along with use of all the hotel facilities. This completely transformed the final day of our holiday.
Our suite had a beautiful view of the slopes. Very nice rooms - the fireplace was a nice touch and overall it was very spacious. The hotel was quiet during our stay which was appreciated. We only stayed for one night so we did not have a chance to use all the hotel's amenities.
The feel of the space cozy, just right for our group. We each had our own nook for privacy. It's had all the equipment utensils soap towels. I like the hotel feel like escape route fire extinguisher emergency information ect. The place was also nicely upkept.
Spacious home, quiet complex and very well maintained property. Close to Blue Mountain Village, Thornbury and Collingwood. Hosts were very responsive when questions were asked during our stay.
it was clean and all the furniture and appliances were new. loved the heated floors in the bathroom. loved that it was so close to the blue mountain village. property was well maintained.
It was all so easy peasy. Management us just a call away.
Loved the location and the apartment.
So much better than hotels.
I am glad i choose this over the hotel this time.
Location is great, if you want direct access to the Village.
They accommodate our request to be near our friends within the hotel, and did problem solve when we raised issues.
fast registration and intro, friendly staff, location within walking distance to the Blue Mountain village - large balcony, large bedroom, great kitchenette and amenities.
The proximity to the blue mountain village was a great plus. Being slightly away from the village also helped to keep the noise level low if quietness was ever needed.
A very peaceful property to relax at by the pool that also had a sauna and hot tub. It’s very close to the Blue Mountain village, the ski hills and the golf course.
