Modern recently updated hotel. Limited, but nice breakfast. King-bed room has a nice size. Friendly personnel. Location next to highway is convenient, for travellers, but creates some highway noise.

I almost hesitate to write a review as I fear my words will not be able to do it justice. My boyfriend and I booked The Hazelhouse for a little weekend getaway and although from previous reviews we had high expectations, nothing could prepare us for just how truly wonderful it was. Minke was without a doubt the best host we have ever had, the attention to detail and care that she puts into ensuring a positive stay is out of this world. The room we stayed, the living room and bathroom are all large, so well taken care of and breathtakingly beautiful.
The breakfast each morning was on par with any fancy restaurant with the most beautiful setting overlooking the mountains, river and fireplace.
Our biggest takeaway from the whole trip though, was just how much Minke loves what she does, I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone so passionate about being a BnB host and it truly shows in the quality of the stay, everywhere was spotless, decorated perfectly and was made to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This heritage home is an absolute must stay and I will be telling everyone who will listen that they must go and experience it.
Featuring mountain views, Tiny House Big View offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 11 km from Cultus Lake Waterpark.

The whole place was quite spectacular. The property, the view, the tiny house and all of the little comforts of home that were there. It appears that no expense was spared, nothing was left out so that we could honestly just relax, unwind and enjoy. What a treat that we managed to find this property while we were in Chilliwack. Thanks so much to our hosts. You are clearly pros at knowing how to give a top notch experience. I would absolutely recommend a stay at the Tiny House Big View. As a side note, I'm a pottery student and also enjoyed all of the pottery pieces throughout. They provided plenty of inspo of pieces i hope I can make some day if I ever hone my skills enough😊

Such a beautiful setting, nestled in the Upper Fraser Valley amid dairy farms and quick access to sport fishing, camping, and woodland hikes. There's an abundance of both quality restaurants as well as a multitude of fast dining and varied cuisines.

Typical southern BC (bring cash).....
Typical southern BC (bring cash).....Not a cheap area to visit but they have lots to offer the outdoor enthusiasts in the area. There is loads to do in the hills surrounding Chilliwack. Mountain bikes, hiking, camping, fishing, offroad trails, dirt bikes, etc. All in breath taking forested areas.
If you need something Chilliwack has all the amenities you'll need to get by with. Great access to the trans Canada Highway, far enough from Vancouver but close enough if you need to get there.
Good access to back roads going north, up through the interior as well.
Very nice place to visit

It's one of the many small cities (big town) on the trans canada, just outside of vancouver. If you enjoy nature and the outdoors there is plenty to do around there, year round. Fuel is expense here due to taxes but you have to 'pay the piper'. Generally it does have a bit more rain then I like so come prepared. You have reasonable access to water sports (fresh & salt), mountains and rivers galore, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, kayak/canoe, history, etc. And there are no shortages of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. But Vancouver is less then an hour away so campsites can fill up very quickly on long weekend and in summer. Lots to do...you just have to open your mind.

I stayed here because I was a flood victim but I don't like the downtown Chilliwack area. I am not happy with my stay here because the elevator didn't work half the time and the downtown area is not a very nice place due to the area. I

Great stay near Cultus lake for our family of 5.
Great stay near Cultus lake for our family of 5. Fun at the water park; putting at Tap-ins; and mini-golf at Castle fun park. If our kids were younger we would have gone to the Adventure park too. Chartered a boat with 'Surf Cultus' for 2 hrs, so my teenage sons could wake surf and go tubing which was excellent! Had great dinners at 'Legends', 'Browns' and 'Whitespot' (not so good at 'Earls'). Went to the Galaxy movie theatre:) lots to do for 4-7 days:)
We loved this property! It was in a beautiful location, and was very well equipped with lots of extra touches you don't usually see. Very clean, spacious comfortable interior and wonderful covered patio area with a view of the mountains which we really enjoyed and so much more. We would definitely stay here again! It is an upper suite as listed so there are tenants living below that have a dog, which wasn't a problem for us because we love dogs and we definitely preferred the extra space and atmosphere over a stuffy hotel room!
Tiro and Elena offered modest accommodation with amazing hospitality. Although self check-in was available, both hosts were there to greet us and help us into our room where we found everything we needed for a one-night stay; TV, microwave, coffee maker and coffee, hot plate cooker, fridge, hair dryer and an exceptionally clean room. The garden and simple seating on the pation also added to a relaxing atmosphere. On our next pass through Chilliwack, we'll certainly be returning to Shady Willow Guest House.
The staff were very welcoming. They took time to ask how we were doing and where we came from. We chose this hotel because the value is great and eight minutes away from Cultus Lake Adventure Park. Check in time was 3:30pm but we came two hours early and they were able to accommodate us right away. The room is clean and the bathroom was of good size. We had extra space and our toddler was able to tun around in the suite.
The space was very private and comfortable.
The location feels very remote but is only a short drive to the nearest shops and restaurants.
I was able to bring my dog with me as this place is pet friendly.
My host (Jess) lit the fire for me each evening while I was out, so I came back to a very warm and cozy space which I was very grateful for.
Unit is a separate building behind the main house in a residential area about 5 minutes from downtown Chilliwack. Open layout with plenty of room. Didn't use the kitchen but it looked spacious enough. Parking is on the street but easy and safe. Good communication with owner.
This was great value for money within walking distance of the new downtown of Chilliwack. Hosts were very courteous and generous when I arrived. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom had supplies and there was a microwave in the room. Perfectly fine basic room.
Very cozy living space and Jessica was very welcoming and accommodating. lovely grounds and all the amenities that we needed for our short stay. It was better than staying in a hotel in the city, as we wanted to stay away from crowds during covid.
If you have kids, the pool is epic. It's like getting free admission to a water park. Breakfast was perfectly good for this category of hotel. Great location for a stop if you're on a road trip further into central BC.
Quiet, clean, comfy bed. Staff very friendly. The hotel was built in 1908, the owners have retained the charm and decor of the era.
Right in the heart of downtown, interesting shops, amazing restaurants nearby.
Good location if you want to be downtown Chilliwack and close to restaurants/shopping. Instead of checking in at the front desk you use a code to unlock the doors. The room was pretty clean.
There was a snowstorm overnight during my stay, where I was unable to get my car out. The hotel offered me a shovel and the manager helped direct me to drive out.
rooms amazing. super clean bed comfortable. check in a breeze. big bathroom. loved everything about this hotel. breakfast was excellent Should be 5 stars
