This is one of the nicest rental units we've ever stayed in. The unit is spacious and it is set in a beautifully landscaped yard. It is very spacious, well-appointed, and attractive. The kitchenette was well-equipped. There is an outdoor grill and patio area that guests can use. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location in Royston is quiet and conveniently located to many area attractions and activities. Both the ocean and the Royston Roasting Co. & Coffee House are within walking distance from the unit. And the local gas station is conveniently located next to the coffee house. We had a wonderful, restful stay.

With a stroll through the river area I again appreciated all the hard work of citizens determined to prevent flooding and also warning about personal safety near the water and on the bridge. The variety of shops is interesting. This trip we walked the river trail to the viewpoint to appreciate the Courtenay River joining the ocean. It was very roomy and could sleep 4 with the pullout couch. Local's restaurant was right beside the hotel and their food is very good. The river runs beside the hotel and we had a lovely walk along the bank. They also have a nice spa. We would certainly stay again.
