Comfortable, king size bed. Full kitchen equipped with everything needed(except some tin foil and/or saran wrap ;) included salt, pepper and sugar, which was nice to see because a lot of hotels equipped with a kitchen do not provide and basic spices. The covered balcony was really nice and included a BBQ too. We didn't meet the home owner, but that's ok. They were very friendly with communications and made check-in and check-out very easy. We will absolutely be back again!

The location was perfect for us in that we were able to walk to all of our commitments downtown. The room was comfortable and equipped as expected. Breakfast was delicious in the attached restaurant.
The games room was wonderful for our grandchildren.
The games room was wonderful for our grandchildren.
The master bedroom bed was horrible. It had a foamy trying to help the box spring and another foamy to cushion the mattress. It was not in good shape and for older individuals, the bed didn't offer enough support.

As a frequent visitor over three decades, I was generally disappointed with what seems to be the resort is not in keeping with general updates/upgrades or addressing things that are in need of repair/replacing ie; locking gate to private pool for guests or baggage carts with wheels that fall off... really?

We were really impressed with the hot springs pools...My wife's childhood was spent here over summer vacation, and this nearby amenity was even more delightful than she remembered! We ate in our apartment unit the first evening. We had a wonderfully delicious brunch at Melissa's Missteak Cafe in Banff the next morning. This was followed with a special dinner at The Old Spaghetti Factory that evening. We had some of the best BBQ ever eaten at Smokehouse 93 along the highway into Invermere. We ate at the apartment the next evening. And yes, getting around Fairmont Hot Springs and the surrounding area was quite simple. Nothing to avoid and everything to love!!

This cabin was perfect in every way.
This cabin was perfect in every way. From the secluded little patio, to the cozy vibe inside - we loved every aspect of it. The property was spacious and quiet, the pool/hot tub area was lovely and the updated pool house was gorgeous. Located the perfect distance between the Fairmont Hot Springs and Invermere; this was a great destination. We will 100% be back!

They're busy remodeling.
They're busy remodeling. So don't plan to much as the main area might be under construction. So far what I see is a great installation. I just don't care for the guarded fencing that causes many delays... and makes you feel criminal. (Fairmont hotsprings).

We were totally on our own.
We were totally on our own. There were no employees to help with questions or problems. The few directions we received were very unhelpful. The property is in need of serious repairs. The only thing I was happy with was the location. I am very self sufficient but in a new surrounding some help would have been nice. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

The cabin was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in, including hotels. Everything was very minimal and simple but was clean. No carpet!!! Even the shower curtain, bedding, window curtains. It was unfortunate that the entire property was tightly surrounded on all sides private property (no trespassing), so we couldn’t really hike from the cabin. But it was great for my dogs, they loved it.
Pool facility was very nice and clean.
Our cabin (#32) was a bit small but cute and cozy. The deck on the front was large and appeared to be newer.
Staff that were cleaning would occasionally ask us if we needed anything.
The location is close to groceries, liquor store and gas. There are a few restaurants close as well.
Just a short drive to the Fairmont Hot springs.
The villa was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful view on a comfortable balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our host was an excellent communicator, helping us to feel welcomed to the area. We felt he was accessible and responsive if we had questions. The location was excellent to explore the area and visit friends camping nearby.
The one bedroom cabin is perfect for two people. The cabin comes with perfect amenities, air conditioner, bbq, full bathroom, cutlery, plates, cups. There is a market close by, and there is a No Frills and Sobey’s in the next town. Remember to bring bug repellent because the mosquitoes come out at night.
The hotel is a blast from the past. If you're into 90's with base level finishes, rear projection TV's, wall mount air conditioners and old school solid white patio furniture this is the place for you. Checked in at 7pm and the pool was closing and we were told it wouldn't open until noon the next day.
The location is beautiful and the hot spring feed pools are amazing. The water temperature in the cooler and warmer pools is just right. The room was comfortable and large enough for two adults and a small child. The balcony was pleasant and the hotel restaurants were excellent.
We had a great stay at Riverview Retreat B&B, the room was clean, and the shared space included a coffee station and fridge. Breakfast was delicious and we had a chance to meet other guests during breakfast.
Location is quiet and safe, a short drive to Fairmont hot springs.
Public pools are only open to hotel guests right now which is great. Robes were nice. They offer free river rafting, but we didnt get to try it out. Ground level balcony door has a key lock so you could enter straight from the outside like a motel
Quiet building, nice scenic location, lots of parking, great communication regarding check in procedure, nice to have a full 1 bedroom suite for less than the price of a nearby hotel room
