Great place for staying with family or friends.
Great place for staying with family or friends. There's an indoor pool and hot tub if you want to alternate between cold and hot. The beds are comfortable and clean. If you want to do gym, there's a good little gym with fair enough equipment. Also, the hotel is near to the mall, just needs a walk literally outside the hotel and there you are.

Parking was a requirement yet they charge you above the cost the room cost for each day parking
The hotel is old and the cost is high for a hotel needing work
the one advantage is the down town location

It was a delightful surprise.
It was a delightful surprise. Friendly staff, good room, conveniently located, very pleasant and upscale hotel.
Located close to major highways so ideal for people travelling. convenient malls and services close by.
I was checked in without any stress when I arrived this Facility before their normal checking in time. My stay moved from 4 days to 21days as I was looking for an appropriate accommodation to move in to. They gave me very reasonable discounts considering I was an International Student.
Two of the front Desk staff stood out for me - Sean and Teni (I hope I got the name correctly). They were always willing to answer the extra questions I had, always tried to go the extra mile for me. Thank you so much Fredericton Inn for having me.
My parents, FIL, and I traveled from Ontario to NB for my elopement. Check-in was delayed due to the hotel being sold out the night before. Ryan Campbell and Tristan made our stay and elopement day super easy and lovely. We were able to set up the Studio room for the ceremony just in time, as they gave us an extra hour to set up. This made my husband's and my day less stressful, we were able to take our time to get dressed and get ready.
Thank you very much, Ryan and Tristan.
I chose Days Inn instead an AirBnB (that would have been more conveniently located downtown) is that Days Inn has a pool. I had a pleasant swim each evening, as well as a soak in the hot tub which is all I hoped for from the hotel, so I was pleased.
The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was great and consistently warm water. The mini fridge was a good size for storing drinks and snacks.
Throwback hotel. if you want to know what a hotel was like in the 70’s, this is it. Our room was an inside courtyard with balcony overlooking the enclosed pool, hot tub, and dining area. There was a chlorine smell when on the balcony, but it felt quite nostalgic to me; reminded me of my youth staying in the Park Motor Hotel in Niagara Falls back in the early 70’s with my parents.
Stay was truly enjoyable. The lobby was clean and well maintained, check-in was quick and easy. Room was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Hotel Location is excellent, with easy access to the highway and just a short drive from downtown Fredericton. Overall, I highly recommend the Days Inn Fredericton for anyone visiting the area.
The breakfast was great. What I read about Angie's pancakes was right on. They were delicious. The room and Inn were beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Carriage House Inn and will stay there again when in Fredericton.
Beautiful hotel close to the highway, but backing on a golf course, so beautiful location and view. Friendly staff, good breakfast, beautiful lobby. Close to restaurants. Very spacious, clean room with comfy bed and cool couch. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Good wifi.
Basic room was clean and comfortable. Shower was good and hot. Staff very nice and helpful. We liked having 2 doors…one opening into the hotel hallway and another directly onto the parking lot. We were able to easily bring our luggage from the car into the room
It was brand new. We loved the 9” ceilings and the vinyl plank floors. The room was very spacious and overlooked the pond on the beautiful golf course. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Sam Sneads at the adjacent club house and went bowling right next door.
We used Fredericton as a stop over on our journey so we did not have time to try other restaurants in the city. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and were very impressed with the food and the service staff. We will stay again.
Easy access from Transcanada Hwy. Very close to excellent restaurant (Irving Big Stop). Good sized room, fridge and microwave, generous parking space for each unit. Easy to go into Fredericton, very pleasant staff. Very clean.
The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Very quiet, which was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Nice hotel, the rooms were a good size, nice and comfortable. Free parking on the premises which was most appreciated and very close to the main road out of Fredericton allowing for an early start in the morning.
Perfectly situated for a walking stay in Fredericton! Very lovely walk to the walking bridge, historic downtown and minutes to the farmers market. A beautifully preserved historic home on a quiet street.
