The hotel is located within Jasper National Park, 8 km from the Jasper tramway. The hotel offers 2 on-site restaurants and a pub. Whistler's Inn features cable TV, and a coffee maker in every room. My room overlooked the main drag right across from the train station so it was a bit noisy, but no complaints; mostly quiet at night. I was very lucky to park my motorcycle under a covered spot in the tiny courtyard lot, a suggestion by the check-in staff.

It's a great ski town, but that's about it. Comparing it to the other mountain towns such as Banff, it's lesser. Of course you can do hikes and mountain biking in the summer, but your time is better spent in Banff/ Canmore if you're interested in summer activities.
Jasper is my favourite town and area, in the Canadian Rockies. It is a Dark Sky Community and has the Jasper Planetarium. The staff and shows are informative and entertaining. Their telescope experience is not to be missed. The town is very walkable, and the options for dining are extensive and are of fine quality. When you add the scenery and the wildlife that you can see, there is literally no way to not enjoy your time here.
It was peaceful and comfortable I loved the cabin layout jasper is a beautiful setting ,we saw rams, buc ,deer, and a grizzly as we drive out ,thank goodness we did not hit him .we traveled each day for hours enjoying the scenery .we spent a morning at the hot spring pool 😌went to town shopping kit was very quaint and again colorful
Great little town. Will go back in future but will avoid any hotel asocciated with Forest P. The hotel was formerly called The Sawridge. Stayed there an several visits in past years but will definitely will NOT return.
I loved everything about Jasper. The town has everything you need for a short or longer stay with plenty of shops and restaurants. You can easily drive to all the places of interest or you can join a guided tour with a local company. A trip to Maligne Lake and a cruise to Spirit Island was the highlight. The town is easy to either walk or bike around. The locals are so friendly and happy to have a chat. There is also a great variety of accommodation from hotels to approved accommodation rooms; in town or out of town; cabins or resorts. I wish I had known to stay an extra day or two when I was planning my visit as 2 days just wasn't enough. I would definitely return to Jasper.
Jasper is such a beautiful town surrounded by unimaginable beauty. Things not to miss when in area....a trip up to Pyramid Mountain and the Maligne Lake Boat Cruise to Spirit Island. One of the last places on earth with unspoiled natural beauty.
Jasper
Cute, new cabins close to the hwy with parking at the front door. Our host was very helpful in answering questions about Jasper and even made phone calls as we didn't have service in Canada. The rooms were very clean and the kitchenette had easy to use appliances. The fireplace started with a switch on the wall and kept us cozy during the rain. Floor mat inside the front door kept the floor clean. Glad to have paper, cloth goods and detergent to wash dishes. The outside maintenance was very well done!
The room was large and clean. The bed and wifi were both good. It was a twin queen room and included a tiny kitchenette. The hotel was slightly out from the centre of the action but still within walking distance and quiet.. There’s lots to do In the areas surrounding Jasper. One day we went to the Columbia Icefields. What a marvellous experience even though it’s over an hour away. The hotel has free parking including a limited underground carpark. But overall, a very good stay.
Jasper
All around amazing! If I'm staying in Jasper, it will be at White Brick. It's cheaper than all the surrounding hotels, super cute and comfortable, great location, easy check in and check out and the owners are extremely nice and accommodating! Stay here, not one single issue!
The hotel is old but well maintained, very clean and nicely appointed. Excellent location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Staying in Jasper is expensive but I felt this was really good value compared to other places I have stayed. My room had a great view.
Jasper
Location - close enough to downtown but with the benefit of a better front facing view of the mountain scenery rather than the Jasper railyard which the other hotels had. Kudos to the architect.
A clean and central location that’s a 15 min walk to downtown at a very affordable rate. this is the best value for your dollar in all of Jasper for accommodation
Its convenience to downtown Jasper was most appreciated. The hotel had done some upgrades but it is still an older hotel in the area. The staff was okay.
It was in Jasper. The main part of the hotel was nice aka dining, convention, lobby. Pools were nice too but closed because of Covid.
Nice hotel, located in the center of Jasper. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. The shared bathroom was large and clean.
Jasper
Very comfy room and kind hotel staff! They gave directions and let us print park passes from their office. Best value in Jasper!
Vey comfortable, spacious and well equipped suite, in a quiet location, within walking distance to Jasper downtown.
Staff, Room and bathroom cleanliness , morning breakfast.. walking distance from the jasper downtown
I lovely location in Jasper Park near Sunwapta Falls. The rooms were small cabins.
Very quite and for being in a hotel in Jasper you get what you pay for
