Good mattress and pillows and a nice shower. That is what I consider table stakes, and the hotel easily met those expectations. I enjoyed having a Nespresso machine in the room and the coffee was replenished (though not the cream one day). I was pleasantly surprised with the gym facilities (not huge but had what I needed) and 24 hour access. Very little wait time at the elevators, which was also nice.

Located near downtown Montreal, Best Western Hotel Brossard provide guests with convenience to the city but with reasonable prices.

The staff, Martin, the night manager, was exceptional. We booked 3 days and stayed 1. The manager met us as we left and was very apologetic. They handled our situation very satisfactorily. The room was unsuitable for seniors because of noise(AC, Guests) comfort, and overall feel. Thanks, I would therefore not have rated it 8+.
