Staff were very nice property and rooms were clean but a little dated for the almost $300 dollars a night you pay to stay there.

Beautiful new modern hotel that is super clean and impeccable. We got the King Suite so it had a seperate bedroom and a view of the courtyard. The building it’s in is like a little village, tons of restaurants, convenience store, Starbucks. Underground parking for 10$ a night which is a good price compared to most hotels.
The average price per night for a 3-star hotel in Laval this weekend is £124 or, for a 4-star hotel, £164. Looking for something even fancier? 5-star hotels in Laval for this weekend cost on average around £120 per night (based on Booking.com prices).
Interesting place with lots of historic areas to see.
Interesting place with lots of historic areas to see. Very much liked the river walk and cyvle paths.
My brother lives there, which is the primary reason for the visit. May not have chosen the location in other circumstances.

The plastic and cardboard cutlery and plates at the breakfast are a disappointing experience.
The breakfast is fine, all day coffee and tea available.
.
Although on a busy road, plenty of places nearby for lunch/dinner.

Room was not ready when I arrived at 2:15 as check in time...
Room was not ready when I arrived at 2:15 as check in time was suppose to be at 3pm
I wanted to use the bathroom as I just had 7 hours drive but no bathroom was offered instead desk staff instructions was to go around the corner to the restaurant.
Upon my return at 3:30 pm again desk staff said room is not available and was suggesting to cancel. I was upset but did say and then you charge me as it is not within the hour of free cancellation.
I step aside to wait and then 1 family (3) arrived and was given a room. These family was of the same skin colour with the desk staff and spoke French.
I was then upset and said there was no room and then all of a sudden there is one. Is there racism here?
The desk staff was offering an extension of 1 hour at check out which I do not need but I said do I have a choice? No answer.

We travelled to Laval from Ireland for a very short visit for a friend's wedding in a nearby vineyard. We had a day to ourselves and went into the Old Port in the afternoon. We used bus and metro to get there. Not speaking French was a disadvantage but staff at the Metro helped us choose the right tickets for our travel.

Both Laval and Mtl are great cities to visit, when you have great, beautiful friends who live and work there. When i visit we love going out to excellent night-time restaurants around the Centropolis-Laval and to go shopping together around both Carrefour Laval and nearby Mtl. The Mtl. francais and italien communities are very warm and friendly people.

Easy to get around- not all clogged up like Montreal.
Easy to get around- not all clogged up like Montreal. Easy to just hop in to downtown Montreal and then get back out to some peaceful sleep. Cinema’s great (my daughter and her cousins love it), just like the other attractions. Laval is modern and easy to get around.
Very nice hotel in the heart of Laval. Lots of free parking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite the Covid situation, they did the best they could with breakfast by offering a choice of take out options, including egg sandwiches. The staff were cheerful and helpful and there was good coffee in the lobby.
It has everything we need for one night family stay. It is clean, nice looking, and comfortable. The local traffic is not as busy as Montreal which is great and yet is close to Montreal and convenient for transitioning to Quebec City. Nice breakfast included in the room rate is a big plus!
Excellent central location. Literally situated next to a fabulous shopping mall and restaurants. Beware though that the entire building is under construction and it begins early. Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly and looked after our concerns. Would recommend.
The staff at the hotel are amazing, friendly and helpful, especially Eline at the front desk and Maxime at Le Quartz. This is my second time staying at the hotel and I love how clean it is. I will reserve my stay at this hotel again in 2023.
We had a motel room which is at inner corner for two nights whilst visiting Montreal in late July-early August 2021. It is okay to us. We had our privacy. The front desk staff and cleaning staffs are nice.
VERY comfortable bed! Check in was quick and easy, check out receipt was placed under my door.
Front desk called me a cab and I was on my way! A great hotel with good service and a nice room.
The location was good for Laval - on a busy bus route, and within a 30 minute walk from metro stations. I could walk to the nearby Super C for groceries, and there are a few restaurants nearby
i went there and the only room they have was a smoke rooms ..without even ask .. I at go find another hotel that cost me a lot more bcz I didn’t have not where to go . was 11:30pm
Nice clean rooms. the hotel itself was pretty clean. Neat Idea with the balconies.. Free breakfast buffet was pretty decent. Soundproof pretty much from room to room.
The property was clean and and in good condition. We saved a ton of money over using a hotel. When I had trouble with the coffee maker it was replaced right away.
