In years past we have enjoyed the meals at the High Five Diner. Due to staffing issues they had to change their set-up (no longer have table service) and reduced their menu. Still a decent restaurant, just not what it was. Sadly, time and Covid seems to have not been kind to the smaller communities in the North Thompson valley :-(RickeyCanada - 8.0Scored 8.0

High Five Diner has great roast beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding - but get the smaller portion as the servings are very generous! Even with smaller portion there was no room for a piece of their blueberry pie :-(RickeyCanada - 10Scored 10

Great location just off the highway and beside the river - there is highway noise, to be expected, but the fan should take care of that. Room was clean and basic, little fridge and coffee maker, hair dryer etc. Breakfast was super - all homemade, owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. We will stay there again.ClaireCanada
