Location was central, but there are so many homeless people in the downtown core, it didn't feel safe walking to the outside parking at night.
Rooms were well appointed, and beds were comfortable, asked for extra pillows which they brought right away.

The rooms were big and well furnished with extra linens, lots of towels and a comfortable bed. The suite came with a full kitchen which is great for staying with children. They provided a cot for our 1 year old and the place felt very safe. The pool was nice and warm and the breakfast buffet was very convenient before going out for the day. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. I booked a room with a walk in shower because my husband needs that due to his falling. We were there because my husband had early tests at Victoria Hospital. But we were put in a room with a bathtub which is dangerous for him to get in and out of. I brought it to the attention of the hotel but they had already given the room I'd booked to other people. The bathroom was very tiny and cramped in the room we were given and because it was in the lower level (basement) there was very bad phone reception.

I was scheduled to be there for two nights but checked out a day early. I was disappointed in the staff and also the condition of the hotel and the lack of cleanliness. I will never come back. I should have read the reviews and avoided this place. It’s was listed as a four star hotel. The on site restaurant was not even operational or looked operational. I had to leave site to buy my breakfast etc. Don’t ever stay at the Travelodge Wyndham Hotel in London

London has everything for entertaining and just having fun.
London has everything for entertaining and just having fun. There are many parks with equipment for playing. There are indoor playlands for children at reasonable prices. There are many options for activities for adults as well. The Kellogs Building has many fun activities from indoor golf to rope climbing and jumping mats. We went to markets and strawberry picking and golfing. Everything within 10-15 minutes away. The hospital is easily accessible. The restaurants in the east end of town were plentiful and the food was delicious. We were able to walk to two parks that were well equipped and beautifully maintained. So much to do you have to stay longer to take it all in. We found the people we encountered very friendly and courteous. Will definitely be making more visit not only to visit family but to enjoy the area.

We were just coming in to bring our brother to the hospital for surgery. We found the Residence & Conference Centre on-line and made the reservation. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the accomodations and everything about the stay there. The only attraction we went to was a breakfast restaurant call Early Bird and we absolutely would recommend it for both the exceptional quality if the food and the unique aesthetics and atmosphere. London looms like a very clean and well laid out city and we are planning to return when we have more time to just enjoy the other attractions the city has to offer.

Lots of stuff to see and do in downtown London.
Lots of stuff to see and do in downtown London. We stayed at Hotel Metro for 3 days and had plenty to do on foot in the hotel radius, that we never took our car out. Eg: Parks by the river, splashpad, unique shops, arcade, board game café, huge comic book shop, record shop, museum, live theatre, nightclubs, daily street events / festivals, tons of gourmet restaurants competing for excellence against the culinary college, etc. And the local streetfolk are tame and evasive, adding color to the already eclectic downtown core. You may even catch a charming caravan of social activists protesting on foot.
Convenience in the city.
Initially I booked a double room because most single room in hotels do not have a bat tub. I NEED A BATH TUB.
The clerk offered to upgrade me to a king room.
I accepted on the condition of a bath tub.
The king room was a BIG MISTAKE.
After a long day of work then driving to London, I was too exhausted to move again.
I never expected the upgrade to be a wrong move but it certainly was a big mistake.
We were in London for medical appointments at London Hospital, and the Guest HOuse on the Mount is a great location for this sort of thing since it is only 5 mins from the hospital. We booked the room with a kitchenette so we did not have to go out and find restaurants since time was of the essence.
Everything was nicely prepared and organized.
Room was clean , bathroom were always clean and ventilated.
I had zero issues in my stay
The host is an amazing person, not only she helped in my stay, but overall she was always helpful.
If you are new to London, this should be your first booking.
Great location, centred at the heart of downtown London. Hotel staff were friendly and rooms were a good size. Loved how our dog could also share the stay with us. The hotel had a simple breakfast bar and hotel underground parking for a fee per night. Overall, it was a great stay!
Staff was extremely friendly. The bar lounge service and food was great. Breakfast restaurant was great. Very clean and quiet hotel. Great location for shopping, food, etc....definitely recommend this place to stay. If we ever to back to London we're definitely staying here.
The breakfast was not as lush as I expected from the online photos, bit of a let-down but I can live with that, but it started very late, 07:00 AM which for many people is too tardy.
Parking, no complaints, spacious and safe.
Good location in downtown London.
This was a single night stay. We liked that the bed was a king and we had so many pillows. The towels were folded in a pretty fan display. The room with breakfast included in a price much cheaper than staying downtown. Plus, parking was free!
Hotel is easy to get to from the highway. Very clean. Nice shower. Good breakfast although breakfast room could do with more eating, less lounging space. In the room there were lots of charging ports placed in convenient spots.
Much more safer now then before. Got a good room to stay. Working table was helpful for our work. Don't needed to worry about the food as the restaurant of the hotel served best delicious Indian dishes.
good for buffet breakfast, just a few odd things like no water on day 2 and you have to request the room be serviced with a card that niggled. The hotel is clean tidy and is great for a place to sleep.
The only place I stay when in London.Staff and owners are fantastic and the superior hot tub rooms are comfortable clean and a good value I recommend staying here when in London
I like the smaller size of the hotel, no large groups. The rooms are spacious with all required amenities. Took advantage of the discounted nearby underground parking as well.
The parking lot right behind the hotel is so convenient! Breakfast was pretty good, there was a decent amount of options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Close to London airport. Great service upon checkin. Great cooked breakfast. Complementary transportation to the Airport. Long term parking available at the hotel.
An average hotel for a short stay. Conveniently located near shopping, and restaurants. Priced accordingly. Restaurant on site was a plus for breakfast.
