From what we saw there seemed to be a problem with appearances . Avoid Humpty's Restaurant. This place is in gross need of updating and lack of staff. Shredded booth seats , flies around windows and tables and long waits for service and food. Went to the Casino and when a bathroom was needed we were told that it was outside and they were porta-potties. Very unsafe for patrons at a casino. All in all we would not stop at Moose Jaw any time soon.

Beautiful town with lots of activities such as historical tours of the tunnels under the Main St which we’re used in the past by Chinese immigrants and during the prohibition by Al Capone as part of his underground booze smuggling racket. Crescent Park is lovely. Temple Gardens Spa has amazing natural mineral spring pool connected both indoors and outdoors.

No hot breakfast for $98/ night and all you get is cold cereal and store bought muffins. Maybe fruit and apple and orange juice. Room should have been like $75 or less for that!!! Toilet bowl lid wasn’t the right fit and didn’t hardly flush properly. The jets in jacuzzi didn’t even work or turn on. Put in a timer or something.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was well lit.
The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was well lit. The breakfast was one of the best we have had while travelling. The lobby is clean and the staff friendly, responsive and helpful. The proximity to dining options, gas, coffee etc was great. The soundproofing from above was not the greatest but not a dealbreaker. You could hear outside traffic if the air con was turned off. Again, not a dealbreaker. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
The location was excellent for what we were in Moose Jaw for. However, we could not access the internet. When double checking the free wifi and security code, still no access. The manager on duty could not help as he did not know how to. The breakfast wasn’t what I expected, but it was very good ( and cute ), and definitely enough ! I also did not appreciate paying $20.00 more because I booked online. My friends paid $20.00 less for the same room because they directly phoned the Hotel. Not impressed.
The primary reason we visited the hotel was for the mineral pool and our experiences there were excellent. A family member got a massage and she was very impressed with that service. The room and the beds suffered from comparing it to our previous accommodations but they were basic and comfortable. The staff were very good and helpful (mostly) and I appreciated their willingness to find solutions. Did not eat at the hotel but have had good experiences on other visits.
Breakfast was just fine. I found the location to be further from the highway than anticipated. Room was well suited for someone requiring special needs. Fridge and freezer excellent for diabetics as one needs to keep medication cool and need a frozen cube for travel.
As I am not familiar with Moose Jaw I assumed the location was safe and it turned out that way.
Friendly and helpful Reception Desk Staff, ground floor was fun as we loved watching the prairie dogs outside our window! Cute! Good basi
c room. Restaurant on site for breakfast included in room rate but also there is a Boston Pizza next door within walking distance. Golf course at back of hotel too so lots of greenery.
Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for us. Less than 10 minutes to all that Moose Jaw has to offer and you get the peace and quiet of the country. They keep the lawns trimmed to provide plenty of walking path and our little city dog loved having a country dog experience.
A true hidden jewel! So glad I chose here instead of a hotel. The most beautiful location I’ve ever stayed at in Saskatchewan! Wonderful hostess with a wonderful breakfast (farm fresh eggs and homemade jam!). If you come, make sure to walk around the surrounding area. Just gorgeous!
Very clean and excellent customer service! The staff were friendly and professional, the breakfast is great, I appreciate the firm and soft pillows, the hotel even smells good, best hotel stay in a long time!
Hotel charged me twice and refusing supporting me. They lied about holding my deposit but in fact they just charged me for the deposit. No one willing to help me check
Wonderful and beautiful hotel.
We had an awesome breakfast
Eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and toast. The best breakfast we have ever had. Gorgeous hotel!
