It is run by a family who lives on site, so we were happy to support them. It was clean, on the main street but quiet.
Had a kitchenette that we didn’t need but was nice for longer stays. Good shower

Great location, room was comfortable and spotlessly clean with good A/C, nice ensuite bathroom, good wifi strength
Access to simple cooking and fridge facilities
Amazingly delicious (organic and mostly grown on the property/locally) breakfasts on a beautiful tranquil patio overlooking the garden
Friendly hostess very willing to adjust the breakfast menu to meet your needs/preferences and give you a tour of her fascinating garden, complete with chickens providing eggs for breakfast!
Highly recommend. We'll definitely stay here again.

We were greeted by a recent transplant from Alberta at the front desk and what a wonderful way to start with such a lovely young lady! Loved an adult hot tub option and the pool was warm. Beyond clean room, super clean and everything you need. The location is unbeatable, we did the KTV in a couple directions so it was great having a bike storage area in the garage.
This Osoyoos, British Columbia hotel is 600 meters from Rattlesnake Canyon, an amusement park. An outdoor seasonal pool, game room and classic guest rooms are offered.

This property was good value for money. I had a few days there, and had no difficulty getting my coffee supply
replenished. I loved being around the inner courtyard. It was an easy walk into town.

Arrived over 2 hours early and was greeted by a smiling face and received the keys for our room. Nice fresh clean room. Went out for a walk along the lake, right across the street. BEAUTIFUL!!

The area is beautiful and very scenic. There is all, anyone who likes wine and spirits can do in one place. An abundance of Wineries & Distilleries
that are generally open to tour with tastings available at a reasonable cost.

I have always liked the area.
I have always liked the area. There are great places to eat. We went to the Firehall pub and brewery for our dinner. Could use more places for a real breakfast, that are open on Mondays. Close to wineries, and they now have a Wine Village, where you can go and sample some of the really small vintners and micro breweries, and have something to eat. Need lots of time there.
I believe there is a small race tract there as well.

Oliver is relatively small but the wineries around Oliver are abundant. It's a short drive to Penticton and Osoyoos, so it's nice because it's not as crazy busy as Osoyoos, and is a nice place to enjoy the surroundings.

The town of Oliver is very convenient for visiting the wineries. However, it lacks any decent restaurants and everything, except one pub, closes really early. There are a couple of good delis for picnic food. It’s an old fashioned town which is where it’s charm lies.

Lots of lovely wineries to visit.
Lots of lovely wineries to visit. The whole area is picturesque. The hotel where we stayed is right on the river with a major walking and cycling trail. Drove up Mount Kobau and did some hiking. A good central location for touring the Okanagan Valley.

Great wineries, each very unique in their own way.
Great wineries, each very unique in their own way. Makes a good weekend trip. We went with friends drove down from Vernon, our first time. Wines are great and loved the people working and owners of the wineries.
Very clean, great outdoor sitting areas, exactly what I would expect for a breakfast that's included in the hotel price. There were a few homeless people outside at night using the outdoor space and smoking, but I told the staff and they told the people to move along which they did in a polite way.
the property is on main road, close to osoyoos and central location in Oliver. The rooms are good for the price, clean and tidy. The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful. My suite had AC which was a blessing since the town of Oliver and osoyoos are humid and warmest in Canada.
The location made it perfect to explore Oliver vineyards. Deb and Walter were such considerate hosts, well-informed about all the wineries in the area and so thoughtful with their recommendations. Their beautiful dogs made a little diva of a chihuahua feel very welcome.
Location was very convenient to the theater and downtown restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value even though room was basic. Oliver is a pleasant town in a spectacular area. Hope to visit again, stay longer, and visit some of the local wineries.
Very kind staff. Very simple hotel. The place was very clean yet needed a little bit of renovations to make it a little more modern. Overall, it was everything we needed. A little over priced for the lack of amenities but that was expected in the little town.
Price was better than other hotels in the area. Nice location on the river. A beautiful place for a morning walk. Less busy than Osoyoos but still close to wineries and restaurants. The rooms were plain but comfortable and quiet.
This place is very nice, looks great inside and has amazing breakfast. It’s very dog friendly and behind the hotel there is a great park to take the dog for a walk. Would be happy to stay there again
The motel is in downtown Oliver, close to all the shops, grocery stores, etc. I had injured my back just before I travelled and they gladly switched my room so I do not have to use the stairs.
We had a great stay at the Orchard at Oliver! Our suite was so clean and cozy and felt just like home. Great location and super easy check in and check out! We will certainly be back:)
Location was perfect, close to everything in downtown Oliver. Room was quite quiet and comfortable including the free coffee maker, just needs to add a coffee creamer to the basket.
The complimentary breakfast was very well done. Lots of choices both cold and hot. One of the better offerings I have had for the many hotels I have stayed at over the years.
Location was in a quiet spot, close to the track and wineries which was the reason why I was in Oliver. Hosts made good breakfast and the place was clean and beds comfortable
