Centred in downtown Ottawa and a short walk from Parliament Hill, this hotel features on-site dining options along with modern guestrooms furnished with a variety of amenities. Staff was so nice. The front desk receptionist(Eric), actually went out of his way and went downstairs to the area where they receive shipping and checked to see if my UPS package had came in (which it did) and they also let us stay past checkout time (until 3:00) because I was waiting for the documents from UPS. Also, I met one of the housekeepers. He was from Egypt and he had welcomed us to Ottawa :) the mall is also connected to the hotel so it's nice since the restaurant there is closed at the moment. It was also nice to see how everyone was respectful in terms of distancing and wearing the masks. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to visit again

I stayed for thr weekend for a convention so I was mainly in the hotel. I did manage to see Parliament buildings and Parliament Hill. We did not have any time to check out the museums or other attractions in Ottawa.

Ottawa is beautiful! It has to be experienced! I do enjoy Ottawa in each of the four seasons!!! Ideal for foodies, photographers, shoppers etc. Come for a weekend or a week - there's enough to see and do!

Ottawa is an incredible City with anything to do that you would like. I travelled here for business and pleasure and was pleasantly surprised with the restaurant options. We explored parliament and Hull, Quebec. Would recommend this city to anyone interested in capital Cities, politics, bureaucracy, beautiful scenery.

Ottawa is a beautiful city in a spectacular location above the river. Unfortunately many of the government buildings are undergoing extensive repairs, good for the long term but that meant they were closed to the public. You could still walk around them outside, and their location above the river is impressive. The nearby cathedral and the national art museum are well worth visiting as is the Governor-General's house, especially the surrounding parkland. The nearby Tavern on the Falls was a great lunch spot. We also enjoyed the Canadian Museum of Nature. There are several other museums that we did not visit. We found good restaurants. The Elgin Street diner was our go-to place for breakfast, excellent. For dinner we enjoyed Town and Lemongrass.

The city parking Hall is just a few minutes walk. We took a one bedroom suite- it was beautifully decorated and very spacious. It came with a super clean kitchen and all the necessary amenities. The bed was super comfy and there was a sleep therapy device provided on the nightstand. The bathroom was very nice and clean as well. Overall we had an amazing stay and will highly recommend this place.

I loved the security feature of needing to use key card for elevator. The modern decor, colours, and features, such as bar, exuded a cool vibe. Location was ideal as hotel is located walking distance from downtown/Byward Market districts. The lay-out of the room is smart and the room/washroom were impeccably clean, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. I truly appreciated the complimentary drinks my cousin and I enjoyed at the bar. Thank you for recognizing my birthday and making it just a little more special!

Hotel was new, fresh and clean. However they do not provide housekeeping for a three night stay. (I know since COVID many hotels have reduced housekeeping however considering the cost increase of hotels and a multiple night stay I really dislike not having at least our garbage emptied and a vacuum done). Workout facilities met my needs and I enjoyed the hot tea and coffee station which was always well stocked. Parking was free and available. Location was central to our needs in West Ottawa.
