We went in the winter months, so it wasn't busy.
We went in the winter months, so it wasn't busy. Which was great! Staff was really friendly and walked around the pool for safety. It was relaxing and we loved looking at the mountains. It is right off the highway, so careful going in and out of the parking lot. There was one man who kept chatting up the single women which was creepy, but staff kept an eye on him.

Radium is a great little village that I have stayed a number of times over the years. It is close enough to places like Banff and Lake Louise to make day trips to but avoid the inflated hotel prices. Plus they have a ton of their own great attractions in both summer and winter.

Great little town with good restaurants and coffee shops.
Great little town with good restaurants and coffee shops. Amazing wildlife - big horned sheep- wandering around town. Close to natural hot springs , hikes, lake Windermere and panorama ski resort. The visitors centre is perfect for all the information on how to get to the natural hot springs , and hike the hoodoos rock formations. Hot springs in town are perfect at dark . Wolf sanctuary is a 1 hour drive north and well worth the visit. 🐺

For a quick overnight stop it was fine.
For a quick overnight stop it was fine. One of the cheaper motels but for what we wanted it worked out. Location good. Could walk to pub. Clean comfortable beds. But older motel so things are looking a little worn but friendly staff and good breakfast included. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fruits, etc.
the local pub, Horsethief, was excellent as usual.

the recent updates to the units by the owners - windows, flooring, and a beautiful little electric fireplace. It was clean, quiet, and the offering by owners if we needed anything more. impressed what this little quaint hotel has to offer. We sat in the back behind the hotel - a relax area with chairs and tables, and a propane bbq to sit by the fire. A beanbag game or two - a nice hour relaxing in the backyard - WONDERFUL
The motel is conveniently located in town, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. We were checked in by the lovely staff Erin with exceptional hospitality. Room was clean and comfy, bath towels provided if you want to head to Radium Hot Springs. It comes with breakfast and coffee and overall, I really enjoyed my stay!
There is kitchen in the room with all cooking ware and utensils , so if you could cook whatever you want, surprise. I didn't have time to cook this time, so I bought Subway and eat in the yard, because there are tables and sofas, so comfortable. If I come to Radium Hot Springs, definitely I'll come Destination Inn again.
Very Pleasant staff. It's an older hotel but clean and bright, and everything in good working order. Excellent coffee in the morning brewed by the office, lots of cool little sitting areas throughout. little table and chairs for each suite so you can enjoy a meal, snack, or glass of wine outdoors watching the sunset.
The staff at the property went well above and beyond for us, the outdoor barbeque area was amazing we sat out there and enjoyed a fire did a barbeque for supper, Very clean never had that kind of experience at a hotel before. Great place for a weekend get away, we will be going back again.
Absolutely everything. Everything you’d need is within walking distance, there are trails and paths in every direction. Friendly and accommodating staff, and very affordable. The best stay in radium. 30 min walk to the hot springs and this hotel provides you with a towel as well!
