The staff was great. Very friendly. The lady working the front desk on the morning of March 29th wasn't very knowledgeable of her job but was very friendly. The man working the night of March 28th was very helpful.

The hotel itself is older and I was expecting a little bit more from the room but other than that, I loved the vibe of the place. The ghost town right next to the hotel was worth the visit as well. Would go back.

Revelstoke is a great 4- season mountain town with lots to offer visitors and just passing thru travellers alike. Great town site, great selection/ variety of good restaurants, and world class ski resort Mount Revy as the anchor tenant of this beautiful destination. And best burgers at the ski hill award in Western Canada goes the crew at the top of Mt. Revy's MacKenzie lookout, Wow! Delicious smash burgers, chicken burgers, and fresh cut fries all made from scratch at a great price, Fantastic! Plus many other great foodie favorites in town to choose from...A+

I stay in Revelstoke every winter season for about four to five weeks and try and use different hotels each time, so every hotel gets some revenue from us, but I will never stay at the STOKE AGAIN what a con.

It's a lovely town in the middle of nowhere.
It's a lovely town in the middle of nowhere. It's also a big historical town, and the Revelstoke Railway Museum was worth a visit. We tried to explore other places, but unfortunately, most of them were closed. We have no regrets, as we would go there again. We loved the serenity, a perfect town enwrapped by the mighty BC mountains.

Revelstoke is a great mountain town with plenty of amenities and sights to see and things to do especially if you're into the outdoors. During the winter Revelstoke Mountain Resort is one of the best mountains out there to ski with incredible terrain and if you're into backcountry skiing Revy serves as a great base of operations to do local tours in the area including around Rogers Pass. During the summer their cultural scene also picks up with their summer concert series which is fun and the mountain bike scene here is incredible.

Room was very noisy.
Room was very noisy. Was a woken up at 3:30 in the morning by someone running up and down outside on both levels yelling for at least ten minutes. We felt unsafe. Also we were overcharged from what our original confirmation was. Also the bathroom was not very nice with broken tile around the tub and walls. I know I reviewed this before about the noise but it was not posted. I deleted my original confirmation unfortunately so I have no backup on the overcharge.
Awesome Hotel with a lovely host (Conner). Very detailed furniture and we just loved the style of the common area as well as our hotel room. The house belonged to the first mayor or Revelstoke and they did a good job keeping the traditional atmosphere and mixing it with modern style elements.
We received a 30$ Gift Card per person for the Dose Café in town (which we absolutely loved - try the French Toast) and had a nice time at the hotel. The shared bathroom we had for ourselves because there was only one other couple in the hotel.
The Regent Hotel is located in the centre of Revelstoke, a pretty town and good place to stay before taking the eastward trip through the Rockies to either Jasper or Banff. The outside appearance of the hotel belies a cozy interior with ample eating options. Breakfast was standard fare (eggs. bacon or sausage, yogurt, cereal) and a good way to start the day. On a longer stay in Revelstoke, we would certainly make the Regent home and take advantage of the scenery and eateries nearby.

Very pleasant host with great husband who made a chef quality meal each morning of our stay! Quiet neighbours and easy access to downtown Revelstoke made for a very enjoyable experience. Also, great recommendations to nearby points of interest. Thank you very much!
We have stayed here a couple of times now -- the rooms and beds are clean and comfortable, and the nights are perfectly quiet! The location is walking distance to anything you want to see downtown, and the staff are genuinely friendly. We highly recommend this little hotel.
amazing place, great location for Revelstoke skiing, literally 5 min drive to mountain. The house itself. super clean, well laid out, plenty of space, showers nice and hot, boot room, big TV for Netflix in the evenings. all in all, can't fault it. Would love to stay again.
Good location. We were on our way to Banff and making a stop to visit Mount Revelstoke. The hotel is with easy access to the high way and close to the NP. It is beautifully sitting on the bank of Columbia River. The room is clean. The kitchen has everything we need.
The studio was perfect size, comfort, and style for rekacing 2 days after a long trip from St Louis to Vancouver to Victoria and Revelstoke =) the reception staff were so sweet and helpful =) the cleaning staff were also so accommodating to delay cleaning for us 😀
The hosts were very friendly and gave great suggestions for dinner in town. The breakfast was amazing.
Very close to the ski hill, so convenient. The room was very comfortable. We will be sure to return next time we go back to Revelstoke
It was a comfortable two bedroom chalet. Very close to downtown revelstoke. Very reasonably priced and comfortable for us as a family of three to have the two bedrooms. Can’t beat the price for where you are. We would stay again forsure.
Everything! Even our 15 year old granddaughter said that this was the best hotel of the entire holiday, and she would love to come back to Revelstoke and to stay there.
All of the staff were totally on top of their game!
We loved everything! From the incredible rooms, to the amazing 3rd floor social area and the awesome made-to-order premium breakfast, this was truly one of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had.
Totally bizarre hotel. If you're into quirky, this is the place for you. View is great. The historic "ghost town (it's not)" is kind of fun. And there's so much to explore there, that can take up much of a day.
Book early and ask for a room with a mountain view. The hotel interior is beautiful and the setting is gorgeous. Plus there are loads of great places to eat close by in Revelstoke. Highly recommend!!
I liked the chalet for its quaintness, quiet, cleanliness and comfort. Wish we could have stayed longer to appreciate what Revelstoke had to offer, but we arrived late at night due to a 4hr detour.
If you like the party, the noise, drink, stay awake during the whole night, the loud music, listen the conversations from your neighborsl.. then this is your hotel, go for it.
Clean and very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. Location is near to downtown and Revelstoke mountain resort. We had great time in our stay in this condo.
