Hotel is old and run down. We are Seniors and had to walk up stairs with luggage. My husband also helped a couple of ladies who were struggling.

We were staying for wedding trip. When we entered the hotel, it smells so good and it was very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing.My husband really loves it! Kitchen staffs kept checking food and cleaning. Waffles was awesome! Swimming pool was very clean and our room was quiet , clean and spacious. Washroom amenities were so good. All hotel smells their own amenities(called zero) We didn't want to go outside . We could stay at hotel all vacation. :)
Bed was comfortable , sofa, chairs and all stuffs are pretty new I felt so comfortable. (I want to buy the same chair actually) We will definately come back!

This house is really unique due to having most of the original fixtures, woodwork and other elements retained since it was built in the early 1900s (if I have remembered this correctly from what our hosts said). It is a true heritage site. Ross and Ginette were extremely nice and very experienced hosts. The breakfast was superb! Midland is a great location for access to other parts of the Georgian Bay National Park further north. We would definitely return if we are back in there at some point in the future.

The location of this resort is great and the staff were so friendly and helpful.The food was delicious and well presented.The whole facility was exceptionally clean.And MotherNature is putting on quite a great show with all of the beautiful fall colors appearing in the trees too.

The resort was fantastic, like the last time. It’s a beautiful place to visit and explore. The staff were all lovely to deal with. Our server for our dinner was absolutely phenomenal. He exceeded any and all expectations. Breakfast was great, too. We appreciated that it wasn’t a buffet (changed from our last stay). The breakfast options were great as well.

The chalet is not big in size but it is very nice, pristine and feels like a new home. Everything you needs is there, even more: bicycles, boats, kayaks, life jackets are on site and there is no extra fee for using them. The little private beach is right across you door. You can enjoy sunsets view from the window of the kitchen. For the family of 3-4 people it would be great! We are family with 3 little kids so it was a bit tight for us, but we still love it!
The trail is amazing - we enjoy it a lot!
