The location of the B&B is lovely, a small quiet village on the lakeshore. The rooms are clean and well kept, our room had a lakeside view and it made for a beautiful wake up in the morning.
They leave your keys in a little safe outside the building so you can arrive and check in by yourself at any hour, even at night, which is very handy.
Breakfast was amazing, the owner served us at the table and offered us many kinds of homemade bread, they were extremely kind and welcoming, made us feel really well taken care of!

Great spot not far from the Italian boarder and make sure to go into Brusino Arsizio there are a couple small parks and you also have very nice swimming areas as well and small cafe and restraints. Make sure to go across to Morcote and there is a small 2 hour free parking with disc before the park house which is great if not wanting to stay longer.

A wonderful small village on the sunny side of the lake with no mass tourism. Just what you want in Ticino. Great relaxation, hiking possibility, nice restaurants and close to the Italian border as well as all other hotspots in the area. The beautiful boat ride from Lugano is highly recommended.EricSwitzerland

There were so many options and the freshly baked pastries and breads were delicious. The free bikes were also a welcome surprise. We rode them down to the small bathing area and enjoyed our afternoon swimming in the lake. The employees were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is located directly on the lake and has beautiful views.
