The staff were friendly, accomodating and really helped make it such a special experience. I proposed to my girlfriend whilst we were staying and they really made extra effort to make it memorable including roses and decoration of the room, advice on champagne etc. They have mutliple restaurants on site and the mountain view is stunning!

The people in the hotel were really pleasant and tried their best to please us. Always polite, smiling and also accommodating specificities out of the dinner menu.

Not the hotel at fault but did not realize there would be a much road and rail noise. Didn't read the map closely enough, facilities and comfort was very good

A very nice family own hotel, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! The Hotel design is amaizing. Great hotel Spa to enjoy indoor space while in a mountain trip. The Spa facilities were faboulous. Room is gorgeous with large balcon. For a couple or friends, I think is a great hotel Spa choice.
