Great breakfast. The location is convenient as it is not even 5 mins away from the airport, and getting to the city centre was very easy as well.
Room spacious enough and very comfortable, and same applies to the bed.
Staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful - they made sure I was feeling very comfortable.

I stayed here for 1 night during a business trip in March 2024, the hotel was recommended by my client due to its location. Once you find the entry (which is located on the side of the building), I was greeted by a courteous and friendly staff.
The overall design and installation of the hotel made me smile at several occasions, there are many "gadgets" and it would appear that most rooms are designed according to a specific theme (mine was a "bank safe"). Lots of plugs ... but the desk is too small (see below).
Breakfast was very good, also the restaurant on-site had a good tartar for a reasonable price. Personnel, however, seems to have a "varying degree" of attention to clients.

Nice large room with tea and coffee maker. Extra helpful staff, especially Melanie who helped us out with printing boarding passes. Shuttle bus to airport for a small fee which was handy.

Well flew into Zurich Airport and stayed at budget hotel, ideal for traveling around . Lots to discover when in Zurich city. You have to play your day also get a tram pass for your stay. You can hope on and off a points and places you would like visit. Visiting the old city Zurich was highlight. Tram drive down to the main hub was very nice as you went pass all different buildings. Lots to see and eat, also if you are looking for history old buildings old footpaths through the old city was great. You have to be fit. As a tourist I will be heading back. Would like to spend more time walking around the churches and find all the hidden gems in it. Enjoyed the festival that w as in the old part, main squre was great pipe bands and drummers🎉🏆

Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking. Taxi was 17 Swiss Francs and it wasn't until daylight that the tram was best option. The customer service answers quickly we called mostly every day to ask silly questions and they answered, the room is small but perfect for the couples, bathroom’s door was transparent so u must have an ultimate relationship with ur partner 😆but everything was perfect. The location is far from the center but just right next to train station it takes seconds to walk for it , we had a car but we used the train twice and it was coming frequently and it takes around 20 minutes to get to the center u want even feel it , i found it very comfortable and cozy and perfect for its price it has supermarkets and restaurants near by and open for late hours which was perfect for us when we come home hungry, i totally recommend it

We really didn't spend any time here other than staying at the hotel. It's about a half hour tram ride into the centre of Zurich from here, and two stops to Kloten airport. The hotel is pretty close to Zurich airport, I had an early flight and it was easy to get the bus 5 I’m the morning, the bus stop is almost in front of the place, bus started running 4:45 am and it took 5 minutes to arrive in the airport. Perfect. the place is super simple, but clean and good price. Bernard is friendly and helped me with all the information I needed.

I will continue to stay here when flying into or out of Zurich airport. The owners made some improvements since my last stay. There are now four guest rooms, not six, which makes for a quiet stay. The kitchen has also been redone and is very nice. The rest of the place is as before, with the room clean and the bed very comfortable.
