Location is incredible, off the beaten track yet easily accessible from Thun. Views of mountains are stunning. So quiet and beautiful. Rooms are lovely as well, high level specification and very comfortable/clean. The hot tub was fantastic! Well worth getting a hot tub room for an amazing experience/view. Breakfast was very good indeed with a wide range of options.

We booked and paid for two nights but we only stayed one night as the access is vey difficut. It is not easy to drive all the way at night or even during the day . We had to book another hotel down in the valley to avoid driving back again at night. The hotel management and Booking should give better information about the difficulties of accessing this hotel specially for those who are not familiar with this area.

Very responsive personel.exact info re check in, everything went smoothly. We were nicely surprised (after seeing some previous reviews) as the place was really clean and anly 5min walking from the center.
