The room was clean, quiet (as per our request) and comfortable. The location was great for Winterthur, just next to the main shopping street while the train station is only within a few minutes' walk. There were many restaurants nearby. Staff, including Thomas, Petra and Jasmine, were friendly and helpful. We also loved the fact that Winterthur is a beautiful city and the hotel is in the old town close to parks.

People on the reception were very helpful and nice. Room was perfectly clean, whole facility looked very well maintained and pretty new. Just 5 min walk from Effretikon train station, two minutes from main square where all the shops are located.
