The location was perfect, the staff were not so friendly, except the bar and breakfast staff. The main check in lady was not so friendly. I asked for 2 still water bottles instead of one sparkling and one still water and were told they could not change the bottles. Not very accommodating. It was also my birthday and the staff didnt do anything. Usually i go away and always get a surprise from the hotel, this time nothing.

This hotel is in a stunning location with views down the Lauterbrunnen valley. We stayed in a room with a balcony and valley views, which was amazing to wake up to and relax on in the evening. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the train station via a short walk. All the staff are lovely. I'd read several reviews before arriving which said the manager, Adam, was fantastic. I would definitely agree. He was very welcoming and friendly, and was really helpful with advice and tips for our daytrips.

The location is incredible. The view from the breakfast room is so beautiful. The staff are also lovely. The lady kindly loaned us her adapter and they allowed us to avail of the parking spot for a few hours longer which was very kind. Breakfast was lovely also.
