Beautiful location within very short distance from very nice...
Beautiful location within very short distance from very nice hiking paths and very close to the Aletsch glacier. I loved! The surroundings and scenery are breathtaking and make you feel grateful To the Universe for the opportunity to see them. We did go to Bettmeralp, which is incredible. The breakfast has a good selection (typical swiss options such as bread, eggs, cheese, meat and yogurt). The staff was friendly and helpful. A bonus point is the indoor pool and sauna which we enjoyed after a long day of hiking. We stayed there during summer when it was exceptionally hot outside, so having an (indoor) pool available was very nice.

Good buffet breakfast. No restaurant but hotel provides a shuttle service in the evening to the restaurants in town. Hotel is a short but steepish climb up from the train/cable car stations. The spa is a good place to relax after a day in the snow (or a rainy day).

The room was cottage-style and the view was breath-taking. The hotel is located uphill, which makes the view even better. The neighbourhood is quiet and you can hike nearby (they give you hiking maps). There's a beautiful river nearby.AishaEgypt

To hotel is old fashioned but everything works and is clean which is what really matters. A good breakfast is included in the price.
