We were not the type of clientele they are wanting. We didn't drive fancy expensive cars. Make sure that when and if you do book you are in the main building not the east wing. We were told by staff that they don't provide services to the area eg room service.

Location excellent. Restaurant on site, outstanding (Kings Cave). Easy to walk to places of interest and train/trams extremely handy. Great bed - very comfortable. 10 Franc credit in restaurant for not using room cleaning was a bonus.

The location is fantastic with everything a short walk. The room itself was very comfortable and the staff team were very attentive. The complimentary breakfast is great too. Overall we loved this small hotel.
